Rethink What a Dental Career Can Be

Building a Dental Career That Actually Feels Fulfilling

A frequent speaker at industry events, Dr. Brett Druger created a newsletter as a valuable resource for attendees seeking to continue their learning, offering practical insights, strategies, and inspiration to help dental professionals grow both personally and professionally. Whether you are an assistant, front desk team member, administrator, or doctor, this resource can help you grow both personally and professionally.

About Dr. Druger

Dr. Brett Druger started with a two-person, 900-square-foot dental practice and helped grow it into an 8,000-square-foot multi-specialty group with more than 60 team members and 13 doctors across general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and orthodontics. Today, he works one clinical day a week as a dentist and spends the rest of his time as CEO, focused on leadership, culture, mentoring, and helping the organization continue to grow the right way. He is passionate about setting the example that a great work-life balance is possible, and that success means little if you are not present for the people who matter most.

He earned his Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry after completing more than 1,400 hours of continuing education, and he received his Black Belt through the Dental Success Institute, an honor awarded for building a highly efficient practice with strong systems, low overhead, and a leadership-driven culture. While he has advanced training in guided implant surgery and restorative dentistry, he believes the relationship with the patient matters just as much as the dentistry itself.

Outside the office, Brett is a certified life and mindset coach, an Ironman finisher, and someone who genuinely loves personal growth and leadership. But if you ask him what he’s most proud of, it’s his family. He and his wife and best friend, Dr. Irene Druger, are raising their three boys alongside their Bernedoodle, Lola, and trying to build a life centered around faith, family, growth, and giving back.
