Pricing Options
Adult Wellness Plan (14 & Older)
$59.00/month or $595/year*
- 1 routine cleaning or perio maintenance every 6 months
- 1 fluoride treatment every 6 months
- Regular exam with cleaning
- Oral cancer screening with cleaning
- 1 set of routine X-rays per year
- 2 emergency exams with X-rays per year
- 20% to 50% off additional treatment
- 10% off bleaching kits
- 5% off clear aligners (must maintain membership for the duration of the treatment)
Child Wellness Plan (13 & Under)
$49.00/month or $495.00/year*
- 1 routine cleaning every 6 months
- Fluoride treatment with cleaning
- Regular exam with cleaning
- 1 set of routine X-rays per year
- 1 emergency exam with X-ray per year
- 20% to 30% off additional treatment
- 15% off traditional orthodontic treatment (must maintain membership for the duration of the treatment)

How do I pay for membership?
You can easily pay for your membership through our secure online portal using any major credit or debit card, as well as most HSA and FSA cards. Receipts are provided, and additional payment options may be available in the office.

When can I start using my membership?
Your benefits start immediately after you sign up, so you can begin saving on dental care without insurance right away.

Once I’m a member, what’s next?
Once your membership is activated, just call one of our locations to schedule an appointment and start using your benefits.

How can I use my member exclusive discount for treatment?
Just like with insurance, members are responsible for a percentage of the cost of restorative treatments such as fillings, crowns, and implants. However, with our plan, there are no caps or maximums, and no insurance company restrictions. Your membership covers preventive care, and you’ll receive discounted rates on all other treatments.

Can I add members to my account?
Yes, the whole family can benefit! You can easily add family members to your account to ensure everyone gets the dental care they need.

Can I transfer my membership to another dentist?
This membership plan is exclusive to our practice and cannot be transferred to other dentists. However, you can use it at any of our locations in Westfield or Cranford for complete flexibility.

What’s required to sign up?
To join the Dental Family Membership Plan, all you need is your full name, phone number, email address, and date of birth.

What are the age limits for the child wellness plan?
The Dental Family Child Wellness Plan is available to any child under the age of 13. Patients 14 and older must sign up for the adult plan.
