Brett Druger, DMD

I love what I do because dentistry is about building relationships and knowing that we can truly improve our patients' quality of life. The people I serve are part of my community, and I enjoy helping them live healthy, happy lives.

Education and Continuing Education

I received my Undergraduate Degree from a small public liberal arts college called the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. While there, I was the director of community service. I was then trained at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) Dental School. Prior to taking over this practice, I split my time working in Academic and Clinical dentistry for UMDNJ Dental School.

I was inducted into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society for proficiency in Dental Prosthodontics. Ethics and integrity are among my highest priorities. While in dental school, I won the American Dental Association's National Ethics Video Contest. I was also awarded the Academy of General Dentistry Leadership Award as well as the Academy of Operative Dentistry Award. I am a current member of the American Dental Association and I am my Masters in the Academy of General Dentistry (MAGD) in which you have complete over 1400 hours of CE and take a four hour exam.   This took over 11 years to achieve.

For my continuing education, I have received extensive training in Implant Dentistry, Endodontics (root canals), and Oral Surgery. Both Dr. Irene and myself continue to take as much continuing education as possible to stay up to date with the latest techniques and technologies.

The aspect of dentistry I most proud of, is the ability to place dental implants non-invasively using the most technology advanced software currently available.

In the Practice

I love to get to know my patients and build lasting relationships with them. My patients tend to become friends that I look forward to seeing. I find myself wanting to catch up on what has been going on in their lives. The rapport I build with my patients is not about dentistry alone, but also based on personal connections.

I love to have fun while I work, and am known to tell some pretty corny jokes. I want to make my patients smile and feel comfortable in our office, and I always do what I can to put them at ease.

I love learning languages. I can speak Spanish fluently and I am currently learning Russian.  I also enjoy giving back to the community and provide charity care to several patients each year in the practice.

Dr. Brett and Dr. IreneFamily Life

I am originally from Medford, NJ (just outside of Cherry Hill) and have lived in the Westfield area for the past few of years. My wife, Dr. Irene, and I met during dental school. I truly enjoy working alongside my life partner each day. We have three beautiful boys name Spencer, Benji, and Noah.  They are the light of our lives.  We also have three adorable Chihuahuas named Lily, Gabriel and Sophie. My wife and I are both big movie fans and enjoy the outdoors in any way we can.
